Stretch Before Using Your Rowing Machine
When you use the rowing machine, you may be tempted to start your exercise routine without stretching. As with any exercising, rowing machines were meant to be used after stretching. If you proceed to do your routine no matter what exercises you are doing and you omit your stretches you place yourself at some risk for injury. This can impede your success with working out and put you behind in your goals. The stretching doesn’t have to be high-tech, but you should incorporate at least several minutes of simple stretching before going on to the rowing machine to make it less stressful on the body.
